I’m a shift worker who operates heavy equipment in an open pit mine. 3 days, 3 nights, 6 off, 12h shifts. Worlds largest haul trucks and support equipment. Even bigger risk and potential for loss. All the more reason that I find this product helps; I am better able to focus on the task at hand. I’ve been using this product for just over a month and have noticed that my energy levels are much better. As a bonus, I have noticed some weight loss and a more predictable appetite. Shift work wreaks havoc on the natural circadian rhythm and this stuff helps to offset that somewhat. I am inclined to keep using this product! Try it for yourself regardless your schedule.

Amazing, will buy it again. I am not going to lie. I was skeptical when I had the opportunity to try the stuff, but after my first two days of using it, I've already noticed a boost in my energy. I feel stronger.

The first time I tried it I was hesitant, but I made it as the directions stated, and swallowed it down. The taste is not good, but, the positive energetic effects for me, was instant. I feel great on this, and doesn’t leave you with any crash. Highly recommend if you’re interested in higher energy, plus a host of other good benefits.

Felt the need to leave a review for this because I’ve noticed a significant difference in my energy levels to the point that I refuse to miss this in my morning coffee every day. I try a lot of the fad trends and most don’t do much for me. I read a ton of different reviews for Shilajit before finally settling on this brand and I’m glad I did. I’ve also noticed an improvement in my skin although that wasn’t what I was looking to get out of it so that’s a bonus too!

Works wonders. I feel less fatigued, more reps in the gym. Boosts my confidence and has helped me focus much more. Will order it again for sure.

I have had a different brand in the past so am aware of the benefits and this one is softer and easier to get out of the jar, I didn't have to wrestle it like the last brand but it's not runny. I believe this brand has a higher fulvic acid content (82% v 60%) so will be interesting to see if I feel it more beneficial. I ordered it again as I was feeling absolutely washed out recently combination of stress and hormones and even this is only day 2 I do feel less dead inside. Dissolves well in my favorite coffee (although I believe its not the best way to take it). I will use it all but dear lord it smells pretty vile and doesn't taste much better. If you have ever had a dog that rolled in fox/badger poop that's pretty much the smell, hit me right in the gag reflex when I first added with water. I recommend sticking with it and giving it at least 3 weeks if you can bear it before throwing in the towel and see if you feel a benefit.

This Shilajit has been great for boosting my energy levels and mental clarity. At first I thought the effects were subtle but it’s really noticeable if I accidentally skip a day! I’m much more productive on it and find I have energy all the way up until bed time.
