Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Overview

Return eligibility depends on the condition of the product, the type of product purchased and the circumstances of the return.

2. Return Request Period

Customers should contact Bhatani Products within 30 days of delivery to request a return for an eligible product.

Contacting us within the return period does not automatically guarantee approval. The product must meet the applicable eligibility requirements described in this policy.

Nothing in this return period limits rights that may apply under consumer protection legislation.

3. Eligible Returns

A product may be eligible for return where:

• The return request is made within the applicable return period
• The product is unopened and unused
• Original seals are intact where applicable
• The product is in its original packaging
• The product is in resalable condition
• Proof of purchase can be provided
• The return has been authorized by Bhatani Products before shipment

4. Products That Are Generally Not Returnable

Unless required by applicable law or the product was received damaged, defective or incorrect, the following products are generally not eligible for return:

• Opened consumable products
• Used products
• Products with a broken or removed safety seal
• Products returned without original packaging where packaging is reasonably required
• Items damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage
• Products purchased from an unauthorized third-party seller
• Products that cannot reasonably be resold for hygiene or safety reasons after opening

5. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

We may request:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the damaged product
• Photographs of the shipping package
• A photograph of the shipping label
• Any other information reasonably required to review the issue

Please keep the damaged product and original packaging until we have completed our review or provided further instructions.

6. Incorrect Products

If you receive a product different from the product shown on your order confirmation, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Once the issue has been verified, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Missing Items

If an order arrives with an item missing, please contact us promptly and include your order number and details of the missing product.

We may review shipping records, package weight, order records or other relevant information before resolving the claim.

8. Return Authorization

Returns must be authorized before being shipped back to Bhatani Products.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding where and how the product should be returned.

Products sent without authorization may not be accepted or processed.

9. Return Shipping Costs

For returns based on a change of mind or another reason not caused by an error by Bhatani Products, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

Where Bhatani Products shipped an incorrect item or where an eligible product arrives damaged or defective, we will determine the appropriate return or replacement arrangements.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund relates to an error attributable to Bhatani Products or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

10. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed by Bhatani Products or required by applicable law.

Customs duties, tariffs, brokerage charges, import taxes and other destination-country charges paid by the customer are generally not refundable by Bhatani Products because these amounts may have been collected by governments, customs authorities or third parties rather than by Bhatani Products.

Customers should mark return shipments and customs documentation accurately. Bhatani Products is not responsible for additional customs charges resulting from incorrect return documentation supplied by the customer.

11. Refused International Shipments

Refusing an international delivery does not automatically qualify the order for a full refund.

If a shipment is returned because the customer refused delivery, failed to collect the package, provided an incorrect address or declined to pay applicable duties, tariffs, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees, the order will be reviewed after the shipment is returned to us.

Where permitted by law, actual shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs costs or other unrecoverable charges may be deducted from any refund that is otherwise approved.

12. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Once a refund is processed by Bhatani Products, your bank, credit-card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Processing times controlled by banks or payment providers are outside the control of Bhatani Products.

13. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges for every product.

Where an item qualifies for a replacement because it was damaged, defective or incorrect, Bhatani Products may provide a replacement rather than requiring the customer to place a new order.

Other requests will be reviewed according to the circumstances.

14. Sale, Promotional & Bundle Purchases

Products purchased through promotions, discounts or bundles remain subject to this Return & Refund Policy unless separate terms were clearly disclosed with the offer.

Where a partial bundle is returned, any approved refund may take into account the value of products retained by the customer and any discount associated with the original bundle, where permitted by law.

15. Purchases Made Through Other Retailers

Products purchased through Amazon, another marketplace or another authorized retailer are generally subject to the return and refund process of the retailer through which the transaction was completed.

Bhatani Products cannot directly refund a transaction where payment was collected by another independent retailer unless an alternative arrangement is specifically provided.

16. Statutory Consumer Rights

This policy provides Bhatani Products' standard return and refund terms. It does not remove or limit rights that customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

In certain circumstances, applicable law may provide cancellation, refund or other remedies regardless of a retailer's standard return policy.

17. Policy Abuse or Fraud

Bhatani Products may decline a discretionary return or refund request where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, policy abuse, product tampering or other improper conduct, subject to applicable law.

This does not affect legal rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our business practices, products or applicable requirements.

The current version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
