Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Delivery Times

Processing begins after an order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed. Orders are generally processed during regular business days.

Weekends, public holidays, high-volume periods and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect processing or delivery times.

2. Delivery Estimates

All delivery times provided by Bhatani Products are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, customs processing, seasonal demand, transportation disruptions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers may receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information after an order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take some time to update after a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

4. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

If you discover an error after placing an order, contact Bhatani Products as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Bhatani Products is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law.

5. International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance and import procedures in the destination country.

Customs processing may occasionally result in delivery taking longer than the standard estimated 7–15 business days.

Customers are responsible for determining whether the products they order may legally be imported, received or used in their destination country.

Import regulations vary between countries and may change without notice. Bhatani Products cannot guarantee that a particular product will be accepted by customs authorities in every destination.

6. Customs, Duties, Tariffs & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country, local authorities, customs authorities or applicable carriers.

Unless specifically stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to Bhatani Products.

Bhatani Products does not control these charges and cannot predict the amount that may be assessed by customs authorities, governments, carriers or other third parties.

Customers are responsible for understanding the customs requirements, import restrictions and applicable charges in their destination country before placing an order.

7. Customs Delays

Customs authorities may inspect, hold or delay international shipments.

These procedures are outside the control of Bhatani Products and may extend delivery beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.

A customs delay does not necessarily mean that a shipment has been lost.

8. Delayed Shipments

Occasionally, shipments may take longer than expected because of carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, customs processing, high seasonal volumes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your shipment appears significantly delayed, please contact us. We will assist with reviewing the shipment where reasonably possible.

9. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking indicates that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate the package, please first check the delivery area and, where appropriate, with household members, neighbours, building management, concierge or reception.

You should also contact the shipping carrier where appropriate, as the carrier may be able to provide additional delivery information.

If the shipment remains unresolved, contact Bhatani Products so we can review the circumstances and determine appropriate next steps.

10. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an incorrect product or an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping, please contact Bhatani Products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

We may request your order number, photographs of the product, shipping packaging and shipping label to help us review the issue.

Please retain the product and original packaging until we have completed our review or provided further instructions.

11. Returned or Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the shipment, unpaid customs charges or other carrier or customs-related circumstances.

Where an order is returned to Bhatani Products, we will review the circumstances before determining whether reshipment, a refund, additional shipping charges or another resolution is appropriate.

Original shipping charges and costs incurred as a result of a returned or refused shipment may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.

Duties, tariffs, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees and other import-related costs remain the responsibility of the customer, including where a shipment is refused or returned because applicable charges were not paid, subject to applicable law.

12. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has entered processing.

Orders that have already been dispatched may instead be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

13. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before an order is completed.

Shipping costs may vary depending on destination, order size, shipping method and other applicable factors.

Any free-shipping promotion, where offered, is subject to the terms displayed with that promotion and may be limited by destination, order value or promotional period.
